Wow those are such great tips for getting through these kinda rough early days. It is always encouraging to know that what we are feeling is a normal part of the recovery process. I am just shy of day 8 and other than the physical and mental fatigue and roller-coaster emotions at times (usually when I am super tired) I have been hanging in there. I actually had the desire to read a book tonight which I haven't wanted to do in at least a year since my addiction got heavy. I never thought reading a book would make me so happy : )
