Needing a hand up

I have stopped drinking altogether and am feeling quite weird in my head like fading in and out its a bit scary just needing some support so I feel this is a normal part of with drawal. I am looking forward to my new life without the demon glass of wine in my hand. I have so much to be grateful for and so much love to give time to re-enter the world and survive.

Not sure what you mean, Leigh, by fading in and out; always best to check with your doctor.

Many people experience a foggy-brain - difficulty focusing, slow mental reactions; this can last for some time - varies from person to person. Does that sound similar?
