Hey Folks! I wanted to share a quote I came across today.

For me that was definitely the fear when I got Sober, the unknown benefits were unknown to me and my mind was convincing me that I couldn't live without alcohol.

A leap of faith was needed, and it did all work out in the end!!

Yes - I definitely saw it as a loss - I'd be missing out on so much!
