Hi
I'm new and want to thank you even if I didn't read what you posted. I was lost in an ACA ABF fog and finally thought it was different and not like the old issues. Surprize surprize surprize
again 
Not as much drama and only a few nights of getting so lost and feeling off balance and crazy.
It was nice to see it's not a new issue. I can use the new help to make new and healthier choices.
I am happy to be here and happy you took the time to post and reach out to me so I could climb out of that foggy place out into the sun of continued growth.
