Help me sleep
I find that a noise machine or recordings of rain and/or waves work well for me. There's an app called WhiteNoise that allows you to make your own mix of sounds so you can find something just right for you. I turn that on and put my phone on my bedside table. Then I allow my mind to empty itself, or I picture myself lying in a hammock on a beach listening to the waves. It helps a lot.
