Day 4
This is Day 4 for me and I feel good. I slept fairly well last night and the only withdrawal symptoms I notice are feeling a bit restless and unfocused (the "brain fog").
Next week I have an appointment with my doctor to get a physical checkup. I'm expecting everything to be alright, but I want to be sure. I feel good physically and have no reason to think that something is wrong. But still, I want to know for sure. Some physical problems you don't feel but they can still be there.
