60
Grampa - great to meet you. I was older too when I finally had enough. I was always exhausted, sad, and tired. It had long since stopped being fun. I drank in the morning too - just to get foggy and numb. Such a waste. You can stop - and never look back. A better life is waiting.

Welcome Granpa,
I'll be 70 next month, I wish I had stopped the boozing when I was 60. Good luck on stopping, I'm at 29 days and had abused alcohol about 45 years with a 5 year break about twenty years ago. I retired in Jan and any time of day or night was the deal, usually fell asleep (passed out) for a few hours. Just getting the sleep better under control.
Hang in there, I'm rooting for you!
