90 Days of Healthy Habits - Part 2

I can't find my original thread, but since it was getting long I figured I would start with another one!!!

In the orginal thread, I made up a 90 day challenge for us to replace our unhealthy habits (drinking, eating, emotional, etc.) with GOOD healthy habits. This thread is not just for fitness....but a celebration of doing good, healthy things for ourselves.

So let's continue on with our healthy habits!!!!! (12/01/14 - 03/01/15)

Today I am drinking lots of water & plan on hopping on my treadmill!

I ran three miles in the park today. It about killed me since I haven't done it in almost a month. Sure didn't feel "healthy" but I'm sure it's good in the long run.

Today I hit the weights first thing and have checked in on SR regulary to keep me focused.

I have been getting my water drinking on today, logging my calories into My Fitness Pal, & basically speaking very lovingly to myself. I realized I had been speaking very negatively to myself, so that is something I need to change & work on.

Great healthy habits, ya'll!!!

I biked again today and then cleaned out the bathtub and washed some hand-wash clothing that's been piling up.
