A simple new year's resolution: no soda in 2015
I figured "why not?", if i was able to keep booze at bay in 2014 in theory i should also be able to quit simple soda pop drinks, no?
Day 3 with not a drop of soda so far.
I won't lie, i love the stuff, but at the same time i need to drop some weight and every little change one can make helps...... even if only a little.
And also, when you think about it, there really are no benefits at ALL to drinking soda. It's just water with a ton of sugar in it, and if that wasn't bad enough - most of the soda brands also have the toxic high fructose corn syrup in them. At least booze had a few minor benefits (heart health, circulation, relaxation, etc), but soda on the other hand has absolutely none.
Here's to a soda-free 2015

Good luck with that. I drink way too much pop/soda. I use the sodastream stuff which is supposed to be a little better for you (or less worse).
I had 3 glasses of diet cola in the morning (don't drink coffee). I didn't quit drinking, I just quit alcohol.
