Can you take a couple of days off? You have the weekend, maybe all you need is Monday off? I basically slept a lot during my medical detox. I can't imagine trying to write code during detox.

I am off it mostly by day three. Day 1 and 2 are bad for me, but after that i just sweat a little more. I'll be fine working monday.

Yeah Scott I do. Doing IOP without the detox obviously. Standard willpower didnt work for me.

Sounds like a great start to me, I remember now that you were asking about IOP in an earlier thread. When do you start?
