Hi all, I used to like a brandy or amaretto in my coffee at night, all the alcohol evaporates id tell myself! But now all the alcohols is in the sewers, I still was making a coffee and came upon this;

Instant coffee, half a sugar, a couple drops vanilla essence (sans alcohol) and milk with a dollop of double cream, is rather tasty!

Could try almond essence too I reakon

I've been on a "replacement" therapy myself. Where I used to look forward to a certain drink I now look forward to the replacement. Hopefully someday I can break from the habit of looking forward to any drink but at least I'm keeping the poison out.
