Low Energy

Today is day 9 off Hydrocodone, and I feel worse today. No energy, grouchy, headache, restlessness. I thought things were going good. Is this normal ?

I know nothing about Hydros but I'd be surprised if you could be over it and feeling good in 9 days Lasha?

Is this normal ?

sure is for most
I have sobered up from a lot of different things including pills
on day 9 we should expect not much
and
just be grateful for the 9 days clean and sober
and pray for the help with many more

not expecting much and staying grateful -- keeps us to stay humble

In my experience it is very normal. In my experience it is time to start thinking about eating well and very light exercise. We can learn to spend our time being well, or go back to all the pain. Take this time to move forward while you have the chance.

"No energy, grouchy, headache, restlessness."

You can get through this. Just hang on a little longer and just start to think about what you can NOW do, versus what prison you are trying to escape from. I promise there isn't a soul reading this that hasn't been through, or is currently going through this here.

9 days! That is awesome!
