Happy New year everyone...... xxx

Fantastic waking up sober this morning.....
Took the dog out for a walk last night - have to say, wasn't even a bit envious of all the house parties going on ....

My poor little boy was sick during the night - was great (not for him, you know what I mean) being able to get up and be a mum to him .... not a drunken lush .....

Woke up this morning and went out for a 5.5k hike round our hills here in the North East Of Scotland.....
Looking forward to our New Years Day dinner.....(and my little man is fine).

Checking out all the pics of my facebook friends and their parties ..... can't say I missed it at all .... good on them, they looked like they had a good time - but so did I.

It's only day 7 for me ..... but I've never felt so positive & determined....
If I can do this - anyone can.
