Hey Ethos23-

I wanted to say congrats on your one year victory. From some of what I've read in the past from you, I feel as if we sort of share the same philosophy in respect to how we went about abstaining from alcohol:
I have used your quote from before in several of my own postings, as I feel that it is really the key to sobriety. I think once we are able to create a life where booze does not belong, then the rest will fall into place. I also feel that physical fitness is a great way to accomplish this. It offers so much, both mentally, as well as physically, as you know very well.

Anyhow, again a very big congrats! Just one year ago you were in it pretty deep, and today you're a whole new you- nice!

Way to stay strong, and I wish you well with your continued success in 2015.
