Happy New Year!
less than 8 hours now for me 
I always get a thrill waking up in the morning of a new year - it's like 'phew...I made another one'
There were a lot of years I couldn't be sure of that, and I guess some things die hard, lol.
It's been both a good year and a bad one, but I'm glad to stand on the threshold of another with all you guys.
This place and all of you mean a lot to me
May it be the best year yet....

You without doubt set a fine example to so many of us here.
Being newly sober nye is really hard..I know I cant drink or use but am full of bitterness and resentment to those that can..I feel like a mental case and people like you give me hope..
Cant be over quick enough for me.

Happy New Year Dee and everyone!
Vandermast, those who can drink or use will wake up tomorrow with a hangover or a come down. You, on the other hand, will start 2015 fresh and clean.

Just morning time here in Scotland.
I've not been here for long - thanks for all the help you've given me.
