As you all know tomorrow is probably one of the biggest drinking days of the year with lots celebrating and partying to the new year! I look at it as another test to pass in this crazy thing we call life. I'll be working in a crazy kitchen on the line from 2-10pm. After I'm going to have a get together with a few of my gfs friends and a friend or two of mine. Think I'll be the only one who won't be drinking but I'm at the point where I'm ok with this. Went to the ENT and booked my surgery for my deviated septum the first week of February during my paid vacation so I wouldn't miss anytime from work or $. I'm excited for this new year and the new changes coming in my life! To all those who will be battling the temptations on New Years eve good luck this is my first New Years being sober and it seems like another big test! All I can say is don't be ashamed to be different! It's never easy not doing what everyone else is doing but that's why your unique and special. It takes a strong person to stay sober for those who make it through this night sober pat yourselfs on the back!
