Time to quit smoking??

Hi guys...

Just after some advice really... Been sober 12 days, do you think it's too soon to quit the fags too? I've been really focused on staying off the booze and not really had many cravings... Do you think giving up will make things harder?

Any advice greatly appreciated :)

When I tried to quit smoking too soon it ended in a relapse of everything I was trying to clean myself of. Alcohol, cigs, and recreational drugs.

Do it in steps. I find an e cig to be a good stepping stone. I am almost off of that now, as you can decrease your nicotine level all the way down to 0...

Thanks Jryan :) I think I'll give the e cig a go... A couple of people have recommended that now!

lexylou - ecig is a good compromise for now. I did manage to quite cigarettes for good a few weeks after stopping the alcohol, but that was after many failed attempts at both :) Your sobriety is the top priority!

I say do what you can. If you quit alcohol that easily maybe smokes will be similar.
