Thanks again... it was a very short period, but it was so intense... there was like 10 times I was like "I can't do this I'm just gonna go get some beer I can't do it" and then I was like NOOOOO and I'd hold the chair tighter...then that would go away and I'd want to just smoke one cig, but I KNOW if I smoke a cig... I'm gonna be like... well might as well get beer too, you already messed up..

Well done! I had craving that hurt like that and they stink. You beat it. I found that after the really painful ones, they eased up because I knew I could get through them.

Way to stay strong and tell the AV to get lost.
