Breakfast, that is. Don't you find a good breakfast a good thing in your sobiety? I had bacon(properly chewey, not too crisp), easy over eggs on toasted french bread(I know, undercooked eggs and all that) and good coffee.

Thinkin about doing it all again.

I take my eggs over easy, too. Can't stand dried-up yolks.

I had corned beef hash, an egg (sunny side up), and broccoli. I ordered us special holiday coffees that came in yesterday as a special treat, so we had eggnog flavored coffees too. I love breakfast!

I love to cook breakfast for my evening meal. In fact, I do it at least once a week.

Nothing wrong with Second Breakfast -- it's a staple in the Shire

I am a french omelette man myself, cooked in butter (gotta have the butter).

Have you ever done an omelet in the microwave?

Aint nothing wrong with a runny egg as long as the white part is cooked... the white part is where all the bacteria is... wait... aint nothing... is that a double negative?

Proper English... nothing wrong with it.

Worked at a bagel shop for a long time and we would shut off the grill at 3 pm... and people who come in still wanting eggs. So we made them in the microwave... some people liked it so much that they requested it done that way even when the grill was still on.

I like gently poached eggs on wheat toast, buttered of course. English muffin with the poached egg will work. And bacon. Proper english bacon.

Oy. I love food

Love from Lenina

I like my eggs steam fried.

Start out like you're going to make them over easy. Just at the whites are starting to firm up, add a couple teaspoons of water and put on a tight fitting lid. It doesn't take long; the whites finish cooking and there will be slight white film over the yoke. You have to watch them closely or the yokes will cook more than you might prefer.

My aunt showed me this trick a few years ago. I haven't flipped eggs since.
