Thanks for the check in- I was just telling my wife that this is the first Friday I've had after working that I haven't dipped into beer and wine (this was my first week back at work after some time off).

Drinking a cup of coffee to ward off the cold and damp and getting ready to watch a movie with my daughter- sober.
We can do it- here's to a sober Friday and weekend, everyone!

Great job! Continue to stay strong and work through those cravings....eating ice cream or something else sweet always seemed to work for me. Not sure if there was some biological satisfaction happening in the body and brain from the sugar or if it was the placebo effect of people saying to do it....but it worked!
