17 months tomorrow

Tradition has it, that I post a monthly note about my time as a sober individual. Tomorrow will be 17 months. I post this more as a mental note to myself so I remember why I don't drink anymore.

Yes! Post! We should celebrate every month, day, hour or even minute if we need to. I post on my monthly too. I like it and I like to see these posts.

To many more months!!!

Hey tnman1967- Congrats on the 17 month mark! Well done. I'll be hitting my 17 months as well, in under three weeks. When I first stopped, I never would have thought that this whole sober lifestyle would really happen, but it did.

Congrats! I'm a monthly poster too - it's a good tradition. Keeps it real! How's year 2 treating you so far?

The euphoria has worn off a little bit but I feel better than ever. Part of it is due to the fact that I have also changed a lot of me eating habits and try to stay in a positive mind frame. I still think about alcohol occasionally but I have to say it's getting rare that I get real bad AV or cravings anymore.
