At one time in my life I probably would have judged her, one gift of my journey with alocholism has been more compassion and empathy for those struggling with addiction. I'm sure your kindness had an an affect on her and her journey as well.

Maybe I am the only but I think it was an extremely dangerous thing to do. You let a completely intoxicated on what drugs/alcohol into your car. I don't care if it was woman and she seemed in need. That's what crazy scammer people do. She could have been carrying and her BF waiting to follow you.
Sorry, I don't trust ANYONE and certainly not a stranger you know to be high. Sucks to feel that way but you let her in your car. Glad you are OK. If you want to make a phone call for someone then by all means do that or something else. Call the police. Call a cab.
