Relapsed
Hi everyone
Just wanted to post and say that I'm back on day one sober.
I have been very stressed and not taking any time to unwind or work on myself, so really it should have been no surprise to me that I relapsed! I'm so annoyed with myself but I know that holding onto anger is not healthy and won't help my recovery.

Hi Jane best thing you can do is let go of the anger its happened
What do you think you could do diffrent
For me i made a decision based on the fact i cant drink safely or responsibly and i accept that
for that very reason no matter what i will not drink
There was a time that i thought id never get sober you can do it lean on us for support during the difficult times

Hi.
Anger/resentments are a luxury not many alcoholics can afford and stay sober in the beginning. We need tools when we sense its building up.
A good source of help is asking for it either through a prayer of someone who can help you through it.
We might also promise ourself that we won’t drink no matter what each day. It works if we work it.
BE WELL
