I was at an airport club and ordered a virgin bloody mary- and clarified no alcohol twice.

The bartender acknowledged it, then reached for a bottle of vodka. We both looked at each other, he apologized, and made the virgin drink. No harm was intended. He did this by force of habbit.

Had I not seen him reach for the alcohol and subsequently had a sip of the drink- I would have recognized there was alcohol in it, poured it out, realized I needed to be more careful in the future, and moved forward guilt free.

Not sure what you mean by , "... behaved..."

I must have missed something as I didn't see any specifics.

If I accidentally slept with the girl who works at the perfume counter? That wouldn't be an accident. If I accidentally took a sip of a booze laden drink? I would have spit it out. But if I finished it I wouldn't consider it an accident.

And if I did consume something not knowing I had ingested alcohol until after the fact, I would be more careful to not let it happen again, move on and call it a day. And I would still be working toward infinity days sober.
