Wow. The intense cravings have all but gone....the heart pounding anxiety has left the building...I am bringing a cheese platter to my home group Holiday party tomorrow night....I am tucking my son in every night with patience....things I thought would never happen! To all the newcomers, just don't pick up that next drink. You only have to do Day 1 once.
