Don't drink! Have a walk in the fresh air-leave your purse at home though. Stay strong you can do it:-)

Be strong! Play the tape forward. I just got home from work myself, and on the drive home I found myself ASSUMING that I would get home and have a few, since I'm off until Thursday. But we're both here, instead. It's a good thing.

Stay here and post. Go for walk. Take a hot shower w/candles. Do something completely different than what you're conditioned to do after work.

Try changing your surroundings or your routine; go out for a walk; take a warm, scented bath before you make dinner; meet a friend at a coffee shop.

Have you made your home a safe place?

Don't do it. It will only bring regret and shame.

Don't flush the baby with the bath water, don't drink, keep busy, eat, and hit early bed.

Good job Tonib on picking up some chicken and ice cream and posting here instead of drinking. You're making great progress!

You are doing great. All I can say is that it eventually stops. For me, it was important to eat dinner as fast as possible after work. Once I ate, the cravings subsided.and you are right, gaining a few lbs is better than hangovers.
