Hello again to you all,
Well I just had to share with you all an unbeleivable experience of self help I have had.
It was done through the reading of a book called 'Conversations with GOD'.
What a read!!!
If anyone out there is looking for something to help them through I can recommend this to you.
Can anyone recommend any other reading material that has helped them????
Stay Strong,

Thanks, Justine. I'm on my way to the bookstore. I just read and enjoyed "The Secret Life of Bees" a bestseller by Sue Monk Kidd. It's about "a motherless daughter's discovery of what family really means -and of the strange and wondrous places we find love." -The Washington Post
I'll see if I can find your book at the store.

Hi Justine
Thanks for sharing your experience with Conversations with God - it's a series I have meant to read for some time now. One of my favourite spiritual/philosophical books is 'The Prophet' by Kahlil Gibran. It's a book I usually buy for friends.
I'll make sure I check out that book - thanks again!
God Bless
Love Rowan

I read all three books..of "Converstations with God" and found the concepts so profound for me in my spiritual search. I highly recommend them. Randa, pothead, co-dependent, and ACOA..with 39 days clean.
These books have given me..some answers to the "way are we here" basic human questions of life. I have always had a problem w/ organized religion and the "we are the only right one and the only ones going to heaven" concepts as my folks would never never came to accept the normal religious concepts or dogma..and how could God not understand this and be so judgemental? Didn't He create us, so how could a child feel compassion and understanding...for these people (in this case my parents)..and God not?

I Am Glad Other People Enjoyed 'conversations With God' I Am Also Supprised This Is A Series.can Someone Tell The Other Titles??
Need To Grow Up I So Get That!! I Am Not A Religous Person, Dont Get Me Wrong I Believe In God And He Created Us, But I Do Not Practise A Religon At All But While Reading This Book It All Started To Make Sense.i Have Often Had The Thought That If There Is A God Why Doesnt He Make The World A Better, Nicer Place To Be?my Questions Were All Answered.
I Now Think My Experiences That Once Made Me Feel Ashamed Are My Tools For My Life And There Is A Lesson In Them.
There Is No More Blame To Be Placed Anywhere Not Even On Myself As This Was My Plan And I Must Experience It.
