Hi Julie, Here for you-you are not alone. Sunday morn, huh? What's the weather like? Is it cold or warm? I was trying to figure out what drink would be good with those yummy muffins. Hmmmm. ice cold milk? coffee with a touch of cinnamon AND whipped cream? tea maybe? I was surprised to learn that some 'waves' of feeling are normal especially in the 1st year of recovery. I now meditate or pray for a few minutes when the feeling comes over----or post here. Hugs to you. |
