My nave is Steve
New to this site..interested in the chat room and online AA meetings.. My name is Steve R. and I live in Central NY.. have been sober 7 years+ and am 60 years old. I have a home group....I am currently the new GSR and I have a sponsor/sponsee

I am mid 50's and visit the rooms frequently, along with SR - Welcome Steve!
The newcomers section is great and get the most visits. There are many specialty areas of the forum as well, including AA related threads if one so desires to engage in those.

Hi Steve, welcome. I'm glad that you've decided to try this board, it's a wonderful source of information, support, and great opportunity to help others. I am about 10.5 months sober and always enjoy very much listening to and learning from people with long-term sobriety and who have turned their lives over for the better in recovery. I am not in AA but I really appreciate the program and how it's transformed the life of many people.
