It's kind of exciting. I have a lot of nasty background stuff that I am going to have to deal with soon. This I know. I can look all the way back to childhood and identify when my thinking soured. I can even see I took the easy way out of feelings all through my life. It's only a matter of time before my brain heals and starts to mature again...like a normal person. My biggest fear is my daughter turns into what I have become. I thank God for a good memory and believe I have identified the problem for me.

74 days to be exact. Craziness. I know now, and only now, what everyone meant by one day at a time. I have an app to keep track cuz I just don't count the days. They just, well, happen. It's so simple. Oh, there is another saying that makes sense now. Keep it simple. Lol...duhhhhh
