Good for you CG! Keep the posts coming! Many of us were basket cases when we first arrived on the scene....but with time and experience, we all have the ability to achieve manageable and peaceful lives. Great post! Congrats on two months! I hated the universe when I first quit and it has (mostly:)) leveled out. Keep going!

It's kind of exciting. I have a lot of nasty background stuff that I am going to have to deal with soon. This I know. I can look all the way back to childhood and identify when my thinking soured. I can even see I took the easy way out of feelings all through my life. It's only a matter of time before my brain heals and starts to mature again...like a normal person. My biggest fear is my daughter turns into what I have become. I thank God for a good memory and believe I have identified the problem for me.

74 days to be exact. Craziness. I know now, and only now, what everyone meant by one day at a time. I have an app to keep track cuz I just don't count the days. They just, well, happen. It's so simple. Oh, there is another saying that makes sense now. Keep it simple. Lol...duhhhhh
