Thanks for the support everyone! I very much appreciate it. Today was pretty tough for me, nothing particular happened but my AV was loud. Having all of your support really helps me stay on the correct track!

Also I think I will take some of your advice by having a list like this handy. I feel that it could really help. Well I hope all of you a sober 24 & I will be heading to an AA meeting right now. Night all!
