Hello again!
 

Hi! Natasha here again!

I'm on two weeks and one day and I am reaping the benefits! I knew that I would feel better, but I noticed a tiny thing this morning. Usually, when I'm on my bus Monday morning, if I see someone I know, I usually try to hide so I don't have to engage with anyone, as I feel so anxious and terrible. This morning my friend got on and I shouted out her name and waved and she sat next to me and we giggled and chatted all the way to town! It was a great start to my Monday. A Monday that wouldn't have happened three weeks ago!

I remember avoiding people as well. Out of fear of drenching the smell of the hard weekend on my breath.
