Kafka, so glad that you are feeling better today. I am very early in this, but I can promise you that it does get better and each time we face one of these challenges, our "sober muscles," as Dee calls them, get stronger

And kafka, you made 6 months before, so you know that you can do it. Maybe you can strengthen your relapse prevention plan so that you can keep going. Counseling can be very helpful. I agree with the others that you should concentrate on your recovery right now, and then everything else will fall into place.
