what time is it??

Hi I had a question about the times of posts. I live in NY,US . and I'm reading some posts and they are saying posted today at 11pm and its only 7pm. How can I change that

Hmm . I'm not on a comp right now I'm using mobile app. And I went into setting but no option. I'll get on a PC tomorrow and do it that way thanks for your help
