I am now nearly 5 wks sober. I think I manage really well throughout week but wkends are awful. It's getting to the point now where I dread them. I just get so angry and think about drinking constantly.

Any advice would be appreciated

Jules, congrats on 5 weeks! Plan something for the weekends, something to look forward to even if it's something small. Come here and post. It does get easier as time goes on - stay with it.
