300 days today. Taking it one day at a time this time. It hasn't been easy. ..but this site has helped me live to 300 days without a glass of wine. I am grateful that you àll are here. I am a happier person today.:tyou

Haha freeowl....absolutely nothing! It amazes me. Just a lot of ice cream! No hangover with ice cream and it hits those pleasure centers of my poor old brain. Lots of SR...at least 2x per day. That's been the key for me. Thanks everyone. :):):)
