Keep saying the above to yourself over & over again. There have been a few times that my AV was messing with me. I literally had to tell it to STFU out loud - it worked! ;-)

Great work dumping it! Every alcoholic knows if there's even a single drop hidden somewhere in the house. If your serious about sobriety it absolutely cannot be in your home. I've dumped vodka twice down the drain and boy did it feel good!
