If u have warrants the best thing for u to do would be to turn yourself in and get your legal issues taken care of first. You would feel a whole lot better starting there. You could choose to take the jail time which would clear up your legal issues and fines and then they can help you with transitional housing through the courts since you will have to face that anyways.
