cravings!!!!!
 

Im having such a strong craving right now.... all i want to do is rush to the store an get a bottle of brandy an pack of cigarettes..... this is hard day 3...

But you came here instead. Nice work! Can you grab a snack, get some fresh air, read around on here a bit?

Keep yourself occupied for a while until the craving passes. And it will pass. Do something to take your mind off it. I used to walk my dogs if I had the urge to drink. They got a lot of walks for a while but they were happy and I was sober. :)
