Hi SR,

I have been able to save money since ive quit drinking and finally paid off my only credit card that ive had open since 2010, feels great.

I've had my eye on the Nvidia Shield Tablet and came across a great deal for black friday, so I made the move . I am super careful about debt and expensive purchases but justified it in a few different ways. Most notibly, I have succesfully saved enough to completly pay for this from alcohol abstinence. So awesome to have monetary perks and thought a reward would be nice :]

Did you find anything for yourself from money that you saved from ditching the booze?

Yea! You deserve it! I've bought a bunch of stuff for the house since getting sober. After the first of the year we are going to buckle down and get new floors.

Thanks, I rode the fence for months on this one, lol. That's awesome about getting new floors for your home! There are so many benifits from quitting! It's crazy though that while stuck in the addiction we cant imagine living without it, such a deceptive illusion.

Thanks! I am super excited but have to wait for it to be delivered. Theres no way im camping-out by some store overnight for black friday, that is true dedication, lol. Ive seen stories of seemingly normal people going war-like balastic on black friday.. that's scarry-nutty
