Inspiring documentary
I've been watching some YouTube videos about alcoholism and I find this one especially inspiring:

I love the end where you see him clean for two months. I was stunned! He looked so much better, it was like he was a different person. It ensured me that humans have a tremendous capacity to heal.
Personally, I don't know how the alcohol has affected my body. I'm going to need some tests for that. I don't feel like something is wrong though. But even if there is, I now know that I can heal.
