I think my dad's growing some herbs, but probably not the culinary kind :P

I was at the preparation stage for a long time, and didn't like terms like "recovery lifestyle" and "coping skills" but thought that becoming comfortable witht them was only way to get to the execution stage. I stumbled on this site and heard about Rational Recovery , read their material and a lot of it really resonated. I've executed my Big Plan, turns out the door wasn't locked after all

Rational or not, when you're drowning you'll grab any rope available. What you do with yourself when you're on solid ground is up to you.

I guess that's what I have in front of me.
