phew, when it comes bad

Just dropped:massive unsettling anxiety and loneliness. This is a major component in my drinking

Have picked myself up and loped to the gym. Sluggish but stubborn

Jim, anxiety was my trigger as well. Exercise does help. Hang in there. When you remove alcohol, you remove a lot of anxiety as well.

Good for you for recognizing the trigger and immediately doing something about it (besides drinking!)

Exercise was the only thing that helped to ease my anxiety when i first stopped drinking. Good for you for going to the gym. I hope you feel better soon!
