day 2 begins again

Last night I chowed through Ice cream, chocolate, cheesy biscuits and even some porridge...good grief

Still in bed, aching slightly, canceled the gym...slow going...

Remember, if you don't take that first drink, you'll never have to go through this again.

Well done Jimi, keep it going

This can be the last time you ever have to go through this.
Yeah it's shocking how much I'm eating, but I'm not drinking.

You can sort your diet out later, for now do anything that works. x

Good going on day 2. Nothing wrong with comfort food I did that and I still actually have sugary food per day. For me it helps with the craving and keep my sugar levels up.

Take day at a time and keep trying or doing xx

Whatever works! The problem I think I had was I extended the obsession in my head so I could continue the "good stuff!"

Better than drinking.

BE WELL

Same here.
Ten solid superb weeks.
Two week binge.
Hello day two.
A wise person once told me:
"Just keep going"

Good job Jimdi. It's not a smooth road, but the payoff in the end is worth it. Keep up the good work!

So the vigil begins
On my own this evening , and waiting for the vampires of delusion and insecurity to come knocking on my window...

Congratulations on day tow, JimdiGriz! My advice is to stay close to SR and eat whatever you need to. Last night I ate a whole pint of chocolate peanut butter ice cream. Delish!

Porridge: crushed or ground cereals, most common form is oats. I suppose you'd know it as oatmeal.

Last resort for filling the belly , trying to get that lovely full feeling . added vanilla.
