To answer the question: no, I'm not sober.

My life fell apart because od beer. My body is protesting. Unexpectrd bouts of diarrhea. Friends, gone. Family, not knowiing it, I hide it well. But my finances are ficked up.

All I do is drink, I'm a zombie and can;t be normal. I'm sirroounded with cans of beer right now, got a lot to drink.

My drinkging came from a traume btw.

Lots of people have trauma in their past, me included. Alcohol makes healing from trauma impossible.

You could call AA - they will talk to you on the phone.

Maybe drink some water and get some sleep for right now.

I would suggest the same thing, drink some water and try to go to bed. Sitting up and drinking all night is just going to get the anxiety to kick in bad in the morning. Easy to say for someone sitting on the sidelines I know, maybe tomorrow can be a fresh start for you.

I hope you can get some rest and start a new sober life tomorrow. It takes some effort to get sober but it's worth it. Drinking only makes things worse.

I'm glad you joined us. I hope our support can make a difference for you.

We're here, yes, and we care very much. We can will you strength & encouragement all night long but you have to meet us half-way. Please stop drinking tonight, eat some food, drink some (a lot) of water & try to get some rest.

You're in charge of this & you never have to feel this way again, but it reauires you putting the beer down. Let this be your last terrible, desperate night. I promise it's worth it. YOU'RE worth it.

I'm so glad you found us. Welcome.

Great idea. The good news is you don't have to face it alone. We're here with you. Don't lose hope. You've just made the best decision of your life.

Keep posting & we'll keep responding.

Yes there is hope!!!

The insane thing for many of us is using alcohol to try and forget, relieve, smother traumas we had suffered in the past. I had some things happen to me that I tried to use alcohol to do all 3. Drink to blackout, yet I highly doubt in a blackout the memories weren't there any more, I just don't remember.
The greatest thing I did was face em sober. Those traumas have left a mark on me, but I learned a lot about myself by facing them sober.

You can do it too and you are worth it!!!!!!

Instead of worrying iffen ya remember yer password tomorrow, how bout not logging out??
