I failed
I binged again last night. I don't really know why I did as I was closing in on 4 days sober. Why does alcohol have such a huge say in what's going to happen in my day? I just want it out of my life...until I want it in my life

Hey Scared1234,
I had a total binge for the last couple of weeks after being sober for four months. It sure feels like crap, I know.
Try and be kind to yourself, you know? We're all still learning and we don't get it right all the time. I think what's important for me is trying to identify what I could have done differently and changing things so that it doesn't happen again.
There are things you can do to, you're don't just have to keep repeating the same pattern. Take care of yourself :=]

Hi Scared the heading said 'I Failed' i knew that was wrong with 1 look as you didnt fail.....you tried
the only failure is the failure to try and your trying so you havnt failed
dust yourself off try again .... have you got a plan in place ?

As Dee said, I think it's the fear of leaving the known behind, and the fear of stepping off the cliff into unknown territory. Take the leap of faith and know that you will be just fine.
You can do this.
