Coming up on five years next month. I feel better overall. I sleep much better and wake up feeling good. I no longer hate myself.

I take better care of my dogs and cats. (that's a big one) They get their meals on time and regular walks, depending on the weather. I now have money to take them to the vet when they need it as I'm not spending tons of money on wine.

I get along better with my kids. Even tho they're all grown and gone, we still have a good relationship. They trust me again. (another big one)
