New hear, first post

First time coming in and joining here. I'm not sure really what I'm hoping to accomplish from coming here, but I figured its worth a shot.

Thanks. With the way things are going in life right now and as much as I have been drinking lately, I just felt like I needed to find somewhere that I could talk about it.

I'm 2 days new here..All I can say is take in what people tell you. Read up as much as you can on Alcohol and the Body...This place makes you feel not alone in the fight..and that's comforting

Pleased to meet you KChance.

I wasn't sure what to expect either - but I was drinking every day, and totally dependent on it. Coming here gave me a chance to talk things over with people who really understood. I had no one else in my life who had a problem with alcohol - so I was relieved when I found others just like me. Glad you are with us.
