Lord knows I have been at this for awhile. I will not give up on you and I am sure there are many, many others here who feel the same way. Avoid your ex. Don't talk to him. You now know where that takes you.

You can do this! 11 days is awesome, get back at it. This is a big week, with Thanksgiving the week after and with much family in town and around (with many drinking) I, for one, will need all the momentum heading into this "holiday" that I can build up
